Barcelona and Real Madrid keep on being credited with an enthusiasm for the Spain international, who joined Napoli from Real Betis in the mid year of 2018.
Alvaro Torres has denied that there is a release clause in the midfielder’s present arrangement yet has indicated that his customer could leave Naples in front of the 2020-21 campaign.

We have saved arrangements for some time, until the end of the season. There are significant clubs that have requested data, and we have just informed Napoli.
“Every one of these clubs accept that he is a midfielder who will be one of the players of the decade. There is no release clause in his present agreement. I truly don’t have a clue what Ruiz’s worth is at present. In the momentary he is centered around Napoli and toward the end we will see.”
The 23-year-old, whose present arrangement runs until June 2023, has scored multiple times and given two assists in 32 appearances for Gli Azzurri during the 2019-20 campaign.
